- Launch NewScount’s new Website and Mobile Application
- Improve our execution and quality metrics:

- If we plan 10 items in given sprint we should complete at-least 6
- This number needs to grow 5-10% each couple of weeks
- Reduce Avg. Open Days - Right now its 30 days I’d like to ideally take it down to 10-14 days

- Acquire 3 new customers every 30 days
- Launch Pythonista24x7’s Website
- Create a buffer of 3 month’s worth of content
