Introduction #

Following are Minutes of Meeting for Systeam’s weekly meetting.

Participants: Rishabh, Matin, Chris and Sidharth

Log rotation has been implemented on all server (except Gitea, CI patentaware and Neo4j) including elasticsearch and has also implemented cronjob for es5 wherever has been used. Also the testing of this will be done by Sidharth and Matin to check if log rotations is working correctly or not. Also the documentaion for log rotation is been attached to that card.
Vasai firewall setup was facing a issue while installation of pfsense setup and for that Matin came up with a solution od dettaching the natgate server and the while installation there should be ethernet cable connected.
Snapshot of all the server has been taken and also deleted few servers that was not needed.
After the migration of all the repos the gogs instance will be deleted.
Once everyone’s files get mapped with the ssh keys at the same time the cleanup of digital ocean will be done.
The issue named “Cleanup all DNS settings A record only” was closed as this was duplicate of auditing ssh keys task.
Documentation will be shared on skype amd based on that issue will be created on ducky.
For migration of latest version of Openprojects team figured out that image creation for latest version of open projects will be done and in parallel the migration to the latest version of Openprojects will be done.

Rishabh:
1. Clean up of ssh keys from digital ocean.
Chris:
1. Installing pfsense for firewall at vasai office.
2. To monitor database of Uptime Kuma.
Matin:
1. Will run squid proxy and will be setting up Nginx.
2. Matin will be removing the unwanted subdomains.
Siddharth:
1. To give the list of all the repos that needs to be migrated.
Sidharth & Matin:
1. They both will be mapping ssh keys of all systeam members on all server.
2. Verification of Log rotate.
SysTeam:
1. Deletion of gog instance.
2. To share every documentation that has been written by them on skype.
