Introduction #

Following are Minutes of Meeting for Systeam’s weekly meetting.

Participants: Rishabh, Matin, Chris and Sidharth

Team debugged the issue with regards to AWS SES config for lms.learnexponent.com. There were two issues
1. The email specified in Email Account was incorrect
2. The username was in-correct. This has to be taken from the SMTP’s credentials
Since HTTP Basic Auth for Nginx was already figure out this task was closed
There is some malicious activity happening for our Git server. For which we wrote a small script, screencast for this is available on YouTube
Post Systeam’s weekly meeting Sidharth & Rishabh have complete SSL task for Newscout. To achieve this we had to do the following
1. Enable SSL on NewScout’s Nginx config
2. Regenerate SSL certificate using: sudo certbot –nginx
3. We also had to change BASE_URL in Constant.js to https in place of HTTP
4. Rebuild all the assets using npm run build
5. Follow same SSL process for images.newscount.in
6. Created a monitor on Uptime Kuma

All (Fafadia Tech)
1. Add their public keys to SSH folder on Secrets
2. Change their Gogs Password
Sys Team
1. Priortize Gitea migration. Ticket creatd for this activity
2. By end of September
  1. Complete the Inventory task
3. Collect Training Material as per this task
4. Review files in Resources section
5. Share all documentation created till date on Skype group

1. Ensure all Vasai members update their SSH Keys and rotate Passwords for Gogs
Chris
1. Setup pfSense again on Firewall
2. Research on Uptime Kuma for DB Monitoring
Matin
1. Push secrets to AWS folder under Fafadia Tech
2. Ensure all Goregaon members update their SSH Keys and rotate Passwords for Gogs
Sidharth
1. Map Matin’s SSH key on all DO server (including client ones), he will add Rishabh and Chris’s keys onto servers
2. Create sub-tasks based on Server Excel
